If he is trained well any blind with a zippered bottom will work well.
He has to know what down and stay mean though!

my dads SUB holds him with our lab laying behind the back pad. i personally like a dog blind though.

The FA Pro Guide has a zippered foot that should work pretty good for a do to go out of. Plenty of room in the blind for you and your dog.

we got one with a zipper if you want it. if its a black lab or a chocolate, just measure from his head to his neck, take a big decoy, cut the back out of it and just make the dog sit in there. we do it sometimes with our dog and it works good. he is a chocolate lab and he doesnt jump right away when the guns pull up because he needs to take a few seconds to get out of decoy. trains him to stay everywhere else so its a big plus.

i would invest in a mut hut, if you use the layouts with a dog hit you have run the risk of shooting the dog and also the dog take a lot of muzzle blast which will make it deaf.

Wild fowl has a great blind. It sits a little high but the doors run all the way to your feet.

Most of the time (especially in corn) I just have my chessie lie down beside my blind and I toss a couple corn stalks over him. Works fine for me.
