You can also just send the call to the shop. They will fix it and get it back to you in no time at all. I cracked a reed in my SMH on a Friday had my Honker back on wednesday or thursday the next week(sent it on monday).

or if u need it ASAP you can try to find a pro staffer in your area....or spring for the extra $$ and overnight it and they will tune it and get it overnighted back to you....Jeff makes sure that ALL tuning for the day is done before any new calls are made.....or so ive heard any ways....hopefully Kelly Krees will back me up on this

Definately call the shop, Mark can probably talk you through retuning it over the phone, if not send it in and they will fix it for you. A valuable lesson learned here, Never let anyone else mess with your calls. 8)

Yep you can send all of your calls in at the same time and its only $14. I just sent a check in with my calls and it only took about 4 business days. They also sent me an extra reed for all the calls that you send them. At least thats what they did for me.
OK...thanks for the feedback....So I send it to them with how much money? And just ask them to retune it with a letter in the package? Thanks I'm not very familiar with the Folies line of calls yet....

If the call is under a year old the reed is under warranty. Write a letter letting them know what you want the call to do. I don't know how much to send if it is over a year old. My call was under a year when the reed cracked and it was replaced free. Foiles Calls have a Lifetime warranty on the call and a year on the reeds in them.
