I know everyone is a big Foiles fan, as am I, But I was wondering if anyone has an opinon on the Zink Money Maker or the Tim Grounds Triple Crown, I was thinking about adding one or both to my lanyard.

Grounds TC would be the way to go. You cant beat the TC guts. I have those in my Real Thang and love those guts and have blown a TC and it was very smooth

I will be honest, because I have recently had an epiphany.
I bought a money maker when they first came out, along with telling my buddy to get one and he did so.
We bother hated it, couldn't tune it for a hoot, just sounded like you were calling into a coffee can no matter how it was tuned.
Bought a little man and love it, now have 2. Talked to Clay (from zink) and he said you have to give the money maker a chance, get the guts wore in a little.
So I bought a new money maker, threw my worn in guts from my little man into the money maker and its my favorite call now. I am not joking, the worn in guts made such a huge difference, I now bought another money maker in all cocobola, that sounds great right out of the gate.
So I am impressed with the money makers they are throwing out, if you wear the guts in, you go from impressed to shi*ing your pants it sounds so good.
Triple crown, also a great call, I personally decided to go with the Pro Super mag and throw TC guts in it, liked it better, had more control on the bottom.
Long read but its honest. Showtime is a mean machine with worn in guts too, very mean.

I like the zink moneymaker rather than the TG myself, buddy has one and it sounds good. I have tried it out and it takes a very minimal amount of air to make er bark. Although I like my Foiles SMH better for sound and crispyness, but It takes much more air to run than the Zink.
i have blown a wood money maker and didn't like it. it could be the way it was tuned but i just didn't like the sound. i have heard the TC and loved the way it sounded but do to the cost i will never own one {but it did sound good }but i did get a HPH in wood and it has the sound i've been looking for.if u like the foiles line and don't have a wood HPH i would suggest it over the MM. if u want to spend the money and get the TC i'm sure you will be happy but i think if i was to spend that much money on a call i would want a little better warrenty then the TC has. { i' was told that they will not replace a cracked or chipped call , correct me someone if i'm wrong because i'm not sure }

Well I e-mailed them and told them I lost the barrel to my real thang, they said send the insert back with something like 40 bucks and you will get a brand new call, I could get it in any color I wanted or if I wanted wood, wood.
Tell ya, that works for me. Although I ended up finding my barrel, so all was well in the world.
I have a MM in cocobola, and love it, acrylic, love it, little man in acrylic and love it, little man that has a cocobola barrel acrylic insert, and that call I am actually thinking of ordering a birdseye insert for, to make it all wood.
Own a very old SMH with worn in guts that blows extremely easy, but doesn't lose the feel at all, great control, and great sound.
Would still take the TC or MM. I would be willing to bet the hedge TC is a mean call, one in birdseye would be a worthy investment too, if you could get them to do it.

The hedge TC is an awesome call. Just ask Kelley Powers, that's the exact call that all the TCs were developed off of. A standard Grounds hedge Super Mag that Kelley bored out the exhaust some, for more volume. That's the basis for the TC call.
