Fun group of guys I was with. Bad fights. Good, but bad.

Keith, stood no chance. Silva got the right punches in at the right times.

Sherk, he was takin a beatin, but stood his ground. The end of the fight was weird to me. I guess I didn't think they were going to end it like that. Bell rings and next thing you know they are calling the fight. He was close to being out, but personally I think the bell should have saved him. But, kudos to Penn.

The Tito fight was retarded. Lots of wandering around and not much fighting. I think it should have gone one more round.

Tito fight was bad...he's too slow to catch a runner. Other than that all the other fights were entertaining...some really quick but entertaiing. Not a lot of going to the ground and doing nothing. As for sherk...he said after the fight he didn't even know the bell rang. He admitted being beat and I personally don't think he would have been able to come back out of his corner after 1 minute.

Maybe Silva will get the winner of Forrest/Rampage...would be sweet since he has already knocked Rampage out twice.

Kinda hard to hear the bell when you're getting pounded on. I'm sure most of what he was hearing was gloves against his head. It would have been a close call on coming back. He got his bell rung pretty good with that knee shot.

I think the Tito fight was a waste of time for his last fight. If it was indeed his last, you think he would have put on his normal show. I agree with what was going through his mind. It was a B.S. chase me fight. I think Kazoontite, (can't say his name let alone spell it), is a wuss. Tito looked like he wanted to fight and dip stick wanted to play ring around the rosey. I would have been b!tchin way more than Tito was.

The only awesome fight of the night was rampage against silva. The penn against sherk fight was boring, it was jab for jab until that knee got sherk, if sherk would have taken him to the ground penn would have been tired as hell and sherk could have had a field day with thim.

Anyway, I agree, if he was able to take Penn down, it could have gotten interesting. Penn has a great sprawl. Sherk was unable to take him down this time.

The whole card consisted of 6 ko's, 3 submissions, and 2 decisions. What constitutes a good fight in your opinion? I don't know maybe I'm in the minority of wanting to see these guys beat each other up and not wrestle on the ground like pansies and wait for a bootleg decision. I guess I just prefer watching guys get knocked out.

Yes there was a few bombs but nothing huge, his face got messed up from all the jabs that BJ was throwing, my interpretation from that fight was this, Sherk was out there trying to stay on offense, in my opinion he was the agressor in that fight, BJ was sitting back and would spring forward throw a quick jab and then quick bounce out of reach, sherk would go in to try and brawl and BJ would get out, that happened the whole fight and then sherk came in for a punch and got caught and whent back to the cage and for some reason dropped his head and got caught with a knee which in my opinion was the only hammer landed. And for some reason they stopped the fight, he wasnt done... my personal opinion is polotics played a factor in this one at the end.

My opinion of a good fight is 2 guys who want to fight and are looking for a KO im not a fan of cat and mouse, I hate when guys keep backing off and running away, I like to see ground work and stand up and there has to be an all out brawl at one point or another and theres got to be blood, and im not talking about a few drips im talking faces covered.

Dude Penn did not run...what are you talking about. Machida (not Rampage :roll: ) ran from Tito all night but Penn stood toe to toe with Shrek and kicked his ass. Your boy got beat down and admitted ot it get over it. Thank God Shrek couldn't take him to the ground and wrestle out a decision...BORING!!! Looks like shrek should go back to juicing. :D
