Well our masacre started off extremely slow, we arrived at our spot at 8:30 A.M. and with not a pigeon in sight, four of our group of eight, four adults four kids, left. All the adults left and decided to go shoot sporting clays because they didn't think anything was gunna happen. Us kids waited and waited and waited. We had around 60 Pigeons down by 2:30 P.M. and then it turned on. Within the next 6 hours we killed roughly 250 more pigeons. It was a blast and I just wanted to share. Here is a pic. The total pigeon count was 319.

nope no bands, they are normally on the all white ones and we killed two and neither were banded. Find a dump or a constant source of feed and hunt it in the afternoon with mojo ducks.

nice shoot! here in N.W Indiana we slam em all the time too seeing we have mills damn close to us, we usually do the same thing with the mojos, sometimes they just don't like them though! I highly doubt they would clean all of those mill rats!! We set all of our geons in a pile and set up shop for coyotes!!

no we didn't eat any, we gave them all away to the field workers and eat the hell outta them. They are in the back of the truck because that is just were we threw them when we counted them.

I am from California. Yeah, there are a few place around here where rice farmers buy shells for people to shoot startlings, but I haven't got hooked up with them yet, but I will soon.

I definitely would not pick them up, at least with my hands. Those things are INFESTED with disease. But you definitely put the hurt on them and it would be fun.

my first huntin experience was a pigeon hunt on my uncles farm and grandma's farm out in illinois . being corn fed i use to clean them and grill'em like i would dove's , i would wrap'em up in a slice of bacon and use a jalapenos pepper and use a tooth pick to hold it all together.
