What reference words do you guys use to produce these sounds.

I use a Gooohh.... or gawwww.... Its a long run of air thru the call that stiff anough to almost lock the reed up. All sounds are similarly made just vary the length of the run of air. This spit note is a sharp burst of air while the train is a long drawn out note.
