I don't think anyone ever answered your question. :? From what little I know, the field staff is an entry level position, then maybe you will progress to pro-staff, and then Foiles has a Gold Staff. That's where you make all the gold and bling-bling! :lol:

Seniority, participation and loyalty.

You can be here 20 years and still be on Field Staff if you dont work shows or contests. You gotta earn if you want to be bumped.

Gold Staff...well thats for the top callers and those of us who have been here pretty much from the start. That where the 6 figure incomes and streets paved with Gold are. :shock:
