I do pork shoulders on my homemade meat smoker made out of an old wine barrel...some people say my pulled pork is the best around...takes 4 days from salt brine to to rub to kitchen table...I have thought about going to the next level and do some small catering but I bet it will be like guiding has done to goose hunting...made it a job....

You're going to LOVE that Traeger!! I've had mine for 8 years now, same model as yours, and never have regretted purchasing it. Just make sure to keep it covered and routinely clean it cause the drip pan can and will catch fire, I've had it happen a couple of times. I put on a 12 pound brisket and two beer can chickens last night at 9:00 and let them go until noon today and they could be pulled apart with your fingers!
My Traeger is hands down the best cooking or appliance type of investment I've ever made!!
Congrats!!!!
