i used to really like zink calls. now, all of a sudden, i dont like them so much. i tried giving ALL (LM-1, Paralyzer and both Powers today) of their goose calls a whirl, and i thought they sounded good. picked up a Foiles "STRAIT MEAT" "Honker", lets just say i have a new white call on my lanyard.

i found that the zinks have to wide of a barrel and it is very hard to control volume compared to the Foiles line of calls. i am now saving for a new hoodie (foiles) and some new calls.

FOILES MAKES THE BEST CALLS!!!!

no im serious man. foiles makes the best calls i know. i love my new SMH already. gave my Market Hunter to my bro. now i see why Foiles is so good. they dont have a flared end so they are easier for my little hands to control the sound and back-pressure.

The guy posts up Zinks entire new line of calls/videos etc... like it's an advertisement. There was no personal comment or anything just a big list of all of Zinks new products. What was I supposed to do?

Now theres LOTS of posts on here about other callmakers, pics of grounds calls, all kinds of stuff that I dont ever touch. I have never made this "All Foiles All The Time". Hell I dont delete avatars with other callmakers logos either, I've been really flexible on this stuff. Theres always a line though, in my opinion it had been crossed.

If you buy a new call show it off, if you like a video tell us about it, whatever. Seriously, do you think if I went on that new MackPW Board or a Cabelas Board and started listing sales their competition was having they wouldnt delete it?

You have to understand this Board is part of a business. The business is FMI. It's just comon sense and consideration that if you start spamming the competition is going to get deleted or edited. Talking about your personal Zink call isnt spamming, talking about a video isnt spamming....Just throwing up a full list of the competitions entire product line is.

They threatened to fine me $1000 a violation for any of the following...avatar of any call or call maker other than zink, and other call or call maker in your signature other than zink...or having my website in my signature. Editing a spam post isn't **** compared to fining some $1000...what a joke. Some people around here just really like to be on your backside...

I'm not much of a video guy anymore. But I usually buy a couple every year to watch when we get to the lease a little to early.

I'm torn between the duck and goose videos. Which would one suggest?

I like the fact that the goose camp is going to show some speck wreckage. Seems like most videos just use them as bonus birds. You don't see many actually set up for them.

Speaking of devils. Are predator videos the new and up and coming thing? I've seen a few, but I can't seem to listen to 5 minutes of squealing to se a brutal kill shot. I do like the fact that they will get into the skinning of the coyotes.

No they just locked our post about Dakota Decoys over there,not once but twice!!! They can't stand it when someone makes a better product that will compete with the GHG line. :lol:
However you can post up about DSD's all you want they don't ever say anything cause there are very few people that can afford them.

Foiles and FA are two seperate entities and there are several Foiles staffers who run other dekes...Brain runs Dakotas...Joe used to run Dropzones. Zink, GHG, and Avery are seperate entities as well...if they make their staffers run the same product then that is a seperate matter.

Sure is a whole lot of talking about a subject that has long been since decided for you. Kelly made his decision, like it or not, it is what it is. This is Foiles' forum and Kelly makes the decision on what's acceptable and what's not (along with other Mod's) if you dont like the way they run it, find one you do. I use other call's too besides the Strait Meat line and i have talked about them on here with no edit. But i did that tactfully and in a way that i was'nt putting a billboard up about it.

A few years ago I had a zink call and it had a problem. I called them twice and emailed them and they never even called or emailed me back. I decided they didn't need my business anymore and that was it for them from me. Jerks!!
