This is my son. He loves to play with dad's equipment! Have a great year in the field boys. This little guy will come to the field for the first time this year.

Great picture, have a good time and make a lot of memories with your boy. I took my oldest boy (age 8) to hunter's safety this year, and he will be joining me in the blind this year,I really look forward to it myself. Make sure to get plenty of pics with him in the field, and post up.

Hearing this talk of hunting with dad, makes me realize how much my dad and I are missing out on.

The three times that I hunted with my dad, I am going to cherrish. I have been begging him to hunt with me for the last 10 or more years. IMO, he is the one that is missing out.

I will be doing my best ot get my kids onto the outdoors. Hopefully, they are willing to follow in dads footsteps!

Sorry for the SOB story....lol.

Have a great season everyone!

Thanks guys, He is practising sitting in the layout blind. We both sit in the back yard together in our finishers and talk about what will go on this year. I make him wear protective ear muffs. I told him if he can keep them on in the back yard blinds I would let him come along this early season. So far they don't seem to bother him to much. Can't wait to see the look on his face when He thinks he shot the goose out front with his POP Gun!!!

You should set up a video camera in front of his blind to tape his reaction. I got a feeling it would make for a tape, you wont want to part with.
