when you buy a call from foiles does it come with a shaved or unshved reed?

They come with a shaved reed. There is still plenty of room to shave it more if need be, but the calls can be ordered to your specs, meaning they can tune it real close to what your looking for. Just call the shop when your going to order one and let them know what you would like for the tuning. Or if you are going to get one from a store, and your having troubles tuning, find a staff member that can help you out!
