2008 Dance’s - VAWFA
Calling for the Cause
Duck & Goose Calling Contests
Dance’s Sporting Goods in Colonial Heights, VA and the Virginia Waterfowlers’ Association will be holding three OPEN calling contests (open to EVERYONE of all ages) on Sunday, August 10, 2008, beginning at 1PM.
Registrations will begin at 11:30AM
Where: Dance's Sporting Goods at 570 Southpark Blvd., Colonial Heights,VA 23834
OPEN "MainStreet" Duck contest (90 seconds) $20 entry fee
OPEN "Meat" Duck contest (90 seconds) $20 entry fee
OPEN "Comp" Goose contest (90 seconds) $20 entry fee
These contests are open to EVERYONE of all ages.
Callers, this is your chance to warm up for the Delaware & Virginia contests coming up two weeks after the Calling for the Cause event.
This year - All proceeds will go to the Wounded Warriors group.
Callers, lets support those who have been wounded during combat operations.
Dance’s Sporting Goods will be providing the prizes. They have pledge to provide more and better prizes for 1st , 2nd, & 3rd. Placements this year. A list of prizes will be posted later on.
