patternmast question

i have a patternmaster ext for my benelli and i did a round of sporting clays today and noticed like a coating on the inside of it peeling away almost like a paint. does anyone else have an issue with this if so is it normal ?

Was it the plastic residue left behind by the wad passing thru teh choke?

i wasnt sure if that would be it because it looked like it .. the wad ripper probally causes that a bit doenst it

yep! I get the same thing if you shoot anything through the patternmaster. That means it is working. The choke is designed inside and serrated to slow down the wad for a split second to allow the shot to fly out of the shot cup and the help in the shot strinning or patterning of your firearm. IT works great. You just have to keep it clean!

there shouldnt be too much build up... what kind of shells are u using? mine never get real noticable buildup. just check it and like they said keep it clean.. the build up just means its workin

i just got done shootin skeet with mine and i didnt have a problem.....yea could be the shells your shootin tho
