Just wanted to know what a pro staffer is and what they do

A pro-staffer can be basically defined as a representative of the company they are a prostaff for. In my case I represent Foile's Migrators and Final Approach by doing shows and doing seminars on hunting and information on different products that Jeff comes out with along with Final Approach. We also help out at the shop tuning calls and answering different questions. Hopefully this helps you.

Scott hit the nail on the head...plus..there are quite a few guys who do competition duck/goose calling and use strictly foiles calls.

A Pro-Staffer is a part of a loyal group of guys who promote the company they are affiliated with, as the others said, work shows/seminars, do what they can to help out the team.....in my case, I live in Northern MN so I am not able to do things at the shop, but I try and help people on the message boards as much as I can, do as many shows I can, and try and get to as many contests as my budget allows.
