me and some buddies are heading to kansas for one last duck & goose hunt for the season, we are staying in junction city and would like some advice from anyone on what to expect, where to hunt, fields or water, basically any advice would be helpful

hey i live in jc and if ur comig down like this week it is really hot and there isnt much around. i think that since it is so hot most of the birds headed back north where it is cooler. you wont be able to shoot ducks eiter season closed yesterday. there wasnt even any around to shoot at. where are you going at??? are you going to an outfitter or just a freind i dont know where to tell you to hunt my best guess would be a morning goose hunt in a corn field what they where doing when they were here was corn when it was hot and wheat when it was cold

we are staying at relateives house in jc and we will decide where to hunt when we get down there, we will be coming down on 1/20 through 1/23, i thought that the late season dates for ducks & geese around there?

maybe it will get cold by then and somthin will be comin down. have you hunted here before? who is your relitives? i just might know them
