If not what is your favoite spinner?
I have had great luck with a hen lucky duck the last 4 years.
I also have the one made by flambeu.
I may add a new one this year.
Thanks

I use a mojo and a lucky duck but only ended up using them on openning day as our duck population this season was poor with lots of adult birds .I think not having to use them is great and i have to work harder for my ducks.

I love those spinners = less time freezing in the field late season
Just makes them drop into the fields.
I want the best one made every year.

Good calling will make them drop into the fields or your water hole better than mechanical spinning wings. Plus you get the satisfaction of knowing you did the work to kill the birds and not a machine.

Hey guys, lets not go here. He was asking if you used one, and if not that one, wich brand did you use.
There is such a wide opinion on spinning wings that I don't think any of us need to go on with this conversation as I am sure 90% of everyone here has read the debate in 20 different manners. And it all boils down to the same thing .... preferences. He prefers to use one, others prefer to use them, while yet many others prefer not to. It doesn't make any one a better hunter, or one's style better.
Having said that, who prefers packing their decoys into the field instead of driving them in with a quad or truck? I mean after all, couldn't one say that packing them in gives you the satisfaction of knowing you did the work, and not a machine ?!?
Sorry, I prefer not to use spinning wings. I used them a few 3 seasons ago. used the flambeau skyscraper and the browning. I can't comment on the newer ones.

I won a Baby Mojo last year at DU and just bought a Wing Thing with some new Fullbody Mallards the other day. With the new Mojo I think it is relitivly the same as the older model only the wings fold up on it. I would like to try both the original and super. Lord knows I've killed alot of ducks without a mechanical decoy but I do think they help to get the attention of far off ducks to bring them closer for you to call um in. The thing I like is that if you stand over a mile a way, the motion catches your eyes instantly. It is a great tool to use but not vital to kill birds. With me I like to see how the birds react to it... some love it and eat it up some dont...In hunting I live by the motto "Give um' what they want". Thats my .02 cents.

Mojo's are definitely the best, I bought Lucky Ducks and wish I hadn't, The Lucky Duck runs fine and has a remote, but the Mojo is much easier to set up and I really like the multi-cycle remote. Add another one for the motion decoy! It's my preference to use it if I need to, on days when we're where they want to be, don't need to use it, but when we're trying to get their attention they work great, to me no different than using a flag for goose hunting. Like I had posted on another forum, Our forefathers would have used them also, they used to use live decoys for goodness sake! It's just another decoy! Good luck to you.

I read that the wings on the new super mojo are offset and angled back. I does not seem to matter what brand spinner I have used to date but want to use the most effective one avaliable out there.
Thanks
