If you used a money order and still have the stub you can trace it just like it was a check....you can actually cancel them! One time on ebay I got ripped and luckily the guy hadn't cashed it, I canceled the money order, so it makes it like the person tried to cash a bounced check they just wrote.

Well they got ahold of maxine she is the mother of the kid selling this stuff and she has been cashing the money orders for the kid so I think we might have the ball rolling in the right direction.If anyone knows this guy lets us know so we can get are stuff back.I'm sure we will have more up dates sometime this week he sent some of us letters saying we can get are money back but it has a phone number to a hospital and they are sent from maxine who didnt send them out. For what ever it is worth:

1. EVERY transaction fraudulently purported by this asshole is a crime, generally a felony (depending on the state).

2. Yes, mail fraud applies, however, one should contact the US Postal Inspector (the local Postmaster knows how to get a hold of them) as mail fraud can also be investigated/prosecuted as a federal felony. If someone gets whacked federally, they HAVE to do somewhere between 85% and 90% of the time sentenced. There is no "good time" like the states have.

3. Call a civil lawyer, and sue the mother of this dork if he is a juvenile. I am willing to bet one of my paychecks that this guy/kid/asshole took the money because he didn't have any, and don't be surprised if you don't get paid back.

4. This is not the only scam this dork has been perpetuating.

5. He should be banned immediately, should he return, he should be met by the "Easter Bunny Softball Team."

6. The crime should be investigated by the law enforcement agency responsible for the city/town/county where the CRIME OCCURRED, e.g. where the checks/money orders were cashed.

7. Push HARD, because most police agencies do not know how/do not care if this dork gets arrested. Apathy reigns supreme. With that said, I hope that I am wrong as hell, and some well meaning LEO jumps on this with both feet, a squad car, and a building.
