I agree 110%. I was wanting to order a BGB Death Whistle in Buginda, so I ordered it at 1:00am and got a call at 8:00am the same day telling me they were out of Buginda wood. I ordered it in Birdseye Maple, and got the call 2 days later. 7 hours after I made the purchase I got a call telling me they were out of stock, other companies might have waited longer, but not FMI. Thank you Sue for your hardwork to get my call to me.

Same here, I ordered a call on a Sunday on the internet, I got a call right away on Monday letting me know the particular colors I ordered were on backorder or didn't have them at the moment. So I could decide to wait for that or get another color scheme. Thanks alot for great service.
