New call and guts are to loose

I have a brand new SMH cocobola and smoke call. Of course I did not think it was perfectly tuned so I went to adjust the guts and the guts slide all the way into the port of the call.

I would hate to send it in but what else can I do?

Looking for some advice so if this was o'dark 30 and a buddies call did this how would you fix it?

This may sound cheesy....but trust me it works....SCOTCH TAPE! Put some Scotch Tape on the outside of the wedge and voila!!!

If your guts fit that loose though...and it's a brand new call...your best bet would be to send it in to the shop and let Biggie take a look at it and see what the deal is.

Sounds like the insert may have been machined too large. SEND IT IN!
