A formal political debate/lobby over 45/15 verses the 40/20 decision? Sounds like a waste of time and effort. They should be directing the energy toward the canvasbak decision instead. I suppose it's at least nice to know they care.

I dont see any in my area north of Detroit Lakes MN and never have. Alot of people in my area think the ringnecks they have been shooting for years are blue bills, so their all uptight. A lesser scaup is a bluebill.
