difference between Field Staff and Pro-Staff

What is the defference between Foiles Pro-Staff and Foiles Field-Staff? just thought i would ask. I have always wondered.

Cant discuss benefits, that contractual information and it's generally a private matter. Kinda like askin your co-workers and bosses how much money everyone makes. All you end up doin is pissin someone off or getting pissed yourself.

You need to call the shop and ask for an application. Fill it out, send it in, wait and see.

Will be a long process this time of year because the powers that be are all out killin.

well i would like to be one of the lucky few that makes it but i was just starting a topic to figure out what is the difference between all three. Duties, objectives, etc.... but yahh i wont change call co.'s i love my smh and smm. wont trade them for the world.

Unless your a ringer on the calling circuit you'll most likely start out Field Staff. You can just hang out and do the minimum and stay Field Staff or you can work shows and win contests to work your way up...thats about it.

Some of the Gold and Pro-Staff arent accomplished callers (me) but have worked our way through the ranks working shows, selling tons of calls, guiding and doing video. I've been here almost since the beginning so I guess I'm grandfathered in. I think other than Baily, Grinder and Hougan I've been here about the longest.
