WOW is all I can say.
I had a problem with some guts on a call and asked the Foiles customer service department a big favor and did they ever pull through.
Many companies want to sell sell sell and that is what Foiles could have done to me but no what they did was make the customer happy and do not worry about sales.
So thanks for the great customer service.
