first band of year

me and a buddy got our first bands of the year today but it wasnt on a goose. we killed 2 banded doves today. first time we had ever seen a banded dove, it will be interesting to see where they were banded

Congratulations, I don't dove hunt much anymore , but i have hunted them a lot of years and seen thousands killed.. I have heard of people killing banded doves , but i'm yet to see one. That is a nice way to get your band...
