I know Foiles says to put the call in the freezer or by the fire to help get the insert out, but I honestly cant even budge the little SOB out of there. Any suggestions to get it out or even what to put on the insert to help with future removal?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

alittle vasoline on the O rings or some chap stick will help keep them plyable and not dry out!

did you try rocking the insert back and forth alittle?

I had a cocobola hph do the same thing. I ended up squirting a little WD-40 into the call. I had to grab some of the wifes rubber pot holders so I could get a grip on it. Once I got it apart I did exactly as 1shot1kill suggested. Keep the orings lubed well and I haven't had any problems since.

Meh, not too worried about it, are the woods waranteed for life like the acrylics if the crack gets bigger?
