Go to your local farm store, i.e. Rural King, Farm and Fleet - something of that nature. One of the farm stores carries dee zee truck boxes. I know that DeeZee makes a box that looks just like a tool box for your truck. The bottom has two dog boxes with storage on the top. The nice part of it is that the box fits just like a tool box no sliding. The price is about 400. I am going over to our local store after awhile, I will check on the current prices for you

yea, that DEE ZEE box is cool cause it doesn't take up alot of room..like you said..it fits in the bed just like a cross over tool box....its just that they don't make an insulated model and the compartments are very small ....nice box though...

been hound huntin most of my life and been though a pile of dog boxes, deezee, mullins, houndsman deluxe. all make nice boxes. some of the newer ones have a storage tray in the bottom so you dont have to reach up so far to get at your gear.
