I have been looking around here awhile and desided to post some pics of our saturday and sunday hunt last week end. I haven't been able to go anymore from a skin infection I got thats got me laid up. Just happy we got to get these birds before I got sick. The guys in the first pic had never killed a collar before so it was a special day. They are brothers so it was pretty neat. Probably the best goose hunt we have ever had. Enjoy

We are in southern indiana and thats about all i can tell ya. To get birds around here is a feat in itself and good spots like this one are a 5 year thing it seems like. We knew the bling was there it was a matter of getting them on a rope and they did perfectly. Actually all the decoys are a few seasons old, the GHG are 2 years old and the bigfeet are 3 or 4. We just take lots of time cleaning everything and flocking the decoys all the time. We use a armoral spray in a blue top that doesn't shine but makes the decoys brighten up like real goose feathers in the sun. we can't see our selves getting up at 2 and 3 am to drive, set up, scout, etc and have decoys that even start to not look 100%. Doesn't make since to me how people take time to find birds, set up and there spread looks like crap. We don't use silo's or cheap decoys either, full bodys and some shells (sleepers mainly) and thats it. the guys want to try some dave smiths but they cost too damn much. Right now we use 111 full bodys, 18 shells, and 46 floaters, and two flags. Thanks for the comments!!!

Good deal brother!!!! NICE shoot for sure!!! Welcome to BLINGVILLE BOYS!!!

As for the dekes and time...it's nice to see someone as anal as I am when it comes to their decoys and the way they look. I am running a combination of DSD honkers and FA Foiles Sig Series full bodies this year. My trailer set-up is a bit different, but I guarantee I will spend countless hours cleaning decoys throughout the season and keeping the flocking looking that deep, dark, black color.

CONGRATS again fellas!!! Keep on pilin'em up!!!

nice job on the accessories. just wondering how so many people are getting all the ***elry. Seems like alot of Illinois and Indiana is getting the bands. Do those states just do alot more banding than others? I have been hunting geese hard for about the last 7-8 years and I only have 2 bands. out of the three of us that hunt on a regular bassis, we only have 3 geese bands. well just wondering what everyone thinks about that. Nice job again guys.
