My last question is....what holds the set-up up? Does the floatation of the 4 decoys suspend the propellor thing up, then when you turn it on the propellor spins and sucks the 4 decoys under and such? Is that how this thing works?

I have used one for years...no prob. There should be a strap that slide onto the motor. the bars snap into the slots on the strap. i have about a foot of string on the bars...always keep the bars on your decoys. the decoys will float the motor. you may have to adjust the length on the decoys depending on the depth of the water. put 2 or 3 more decoys close to it.
