Yes, I got out this last weekend.

I'm doing great. Woke up a little on edge this morning, but a cup of coffee helped settle that in. How are you doing? :lol:

Doing good went out to the cheyenne bottoms on the opener and i'm taking off Thursday night and heading back out there to hunt Fri,sat,sun it should be pretty good.

Lots of teal down there. You should get into some nice amounts of wigeon and gadwall as well

Get ready to shoot some geese! They are stacked up on the local fields that are holding some sheet water.

I recommend calling up to Rogers and seeing if they got in any of the poly speck calls. There are specks every where out there. I know Cabelas didnt have anything this week and i'm not so sure that many retailers have them yet. Its snowing just an hour north of the bottoms right now and i'm positive that there are alot of new birds there now. If you can blow a speck call i recommend taking one along out there right now.

After a long day at work i am ready to get out there i am so excited it should be a really good weekend i am hoping to try and hold out on the teal and get some bigger ducks. Was it still snowing out past the bottoms today ?
