I just dropped some pretty good cash(for a college kid anyhow) on a few dozen fullbodies and I'm not too interested in spending another $45 for slotted bags. What kinda bags do you guys use to store/carry your fullbodies, I gotta trailor, just looking for somehting to keep the decoys in and maybe carry them if we have to walk in. Thanks.

I got the Avery 6 slot bags. they work well but the drawl string on 2 bags broke on the second day of use. Not sure if i pulled it wrong or not or it was just the bag.

The drake stand up bag is pretty nice but its just as expensive. It makes putting the dekes in a bag tons easier. You can pretty much just pitch em in it.

I know how ya feel. I'm a college kid to spending way more money than I should on decoys also. Think about them as an investment. The better you take of them, the longer they last. In return, that is less money you need to spend down the road. I use the Avery 6-slots and have no problems. Been using them for 3 months now and have had no problem. I would recommend covering the heads with a sock or some type of panty hose material to protect the flocking. If you can afford it, the Averys are my bag of choice. Good luck to ya!!

When I was in Nodak last year attending UND I ran FFD lessers to save money, and space.
The FFDs come with the 6 slots which is nice, then I hit the dollar store and bought ind. bags. Kept them like new.
Now, returned to MN, sold the 40 FFDs and bought 3 doz. lifesize goose floaters, just bought 3 avery 6 slots at the cabelas in Rogers and only paid 30 bucks each bag.
I put a doz. in each bag, it is horribly heavy, as I have 10+ ounce weights on most decoys, but it keeps them organized in the boat.
The bags are worth it, if not for protection, just for organization.

I have GHG actives and feeders with the motion stakes. Do these decoys fit in the Mid-Sized Decoys Bag(rated for snows, blues, and speck FB's)?

They will fit those decoys if they are the lessers. And Mallardman that avatar is the chit.

I have some GHG lesser full body and with the big avery bag I can double them up belly to belly and get a dozen in each bag. I also use the same bags for my big foots, its a tight fit but they work.

http://www.customdecoybags.com/ Take a look at this site. I have had these bags for a few years pretty good quality, maybe a little cheaper.
