when is your opener? You might give the shop a call, and see if you can get a some help over the phone, or send it in and have it retuned, if not send me an e-mail with your phone number, and I will try to talk you through it over the phone. max4gooser@yahoo.com

Dont have it tuned at Cabelas, either send it to the shop or to me for a retune. Minor charge plus shipping either way.

KShonker, In the future you might want to pick up kelly's video Goose hunting 101 art of War it has a section on tuning your own calls, this knowledge is worth the price of the video. I use to send my calls in to get tuned and now I do it myself. Just my two cents.

KShunter - Where are you at? I'm in Topeka and travel to great bend 2 times before the opener (Don't forget about that freebie weekend 28 - 29).

I can help you out if you need it.

I live in Phillipsburg, its located just about 60 miles North of Hays. I will call the company tonight, I appreciate everybodys advice, you guys are more than helpful. Whats the goose population around the Topeka area right now? I don't think I will go out on the 28-29 due to the low population number around here. Once again thank you!
