Happy Thanksgiving to all the Foiles Guys...Earlier this month I posted my smoked ribs and brisket...that was nothing next to the size of smoking my first turkey...26#, started the smoker yesterday after work and stayed up last night babysitting the charcoal and water pan every three hours...christened the event with a new bottle of Jack Daniels 1981 Gold medal Whiskey....smoked in Hickory chunks and Apple cider in the water pan...I will let you know how it tastes...Happy Thanksgiving to you guys...Joe
