1 Ringneck
1 Green Head
2 Gadwall
Hunting Party of 4 people each day
Cant wait for this weekend, got some old Army buddies that were also DU committee memebers with me going to come up from Missouri. Most of my fields should have a majority of the corn out. Should be some fun hunting and if not the beans are all out.

kingkilla, we didnt do terribly great in the 1st season, the days we hunted were just too nice for any birds to be moving. I am excitied though, our marsh is one of the few around that has water in it, so all we need is some birds.

We hunted Saturday in Sac County and killed a 2 man limit in an hour on public water. Killed 2 mallards, a widgeon, 5 gadwall, 3 greenwingers, a blue wing, and a goose. Busted 1/4" of ice on the way out in the morning.

Well, opening day has come and gone and the bird count....a lowly 2 geese and 1 gadwall. Absolute horrible hunting. Although tomorrow is sounding better with a winter weather advisory and 20-30 mph NW winds. Please tell me some of you guys limited out.

o my god. we had our limit of 24 in less than a half hour. it was awsome. then went out tonight and shot a goose. 4 mallards, 3 teal, 3 shovelers, 4 gadwalls, 1 drake pintale, and the rest were wigion. great hunting except for the cold ass rain. we might go goose hunting in the morning, but not for sure i have some sleepojng to catch up on.
