rent rates these days

what are your peoples opinions about the inflated rental rates in the past 3-4 years? do any of you guys remember the
time when you were able to afford to pay an apt. rent on a minimum wage job. What kind of an economy is it where people need to split the

As a land lord I can say my rent went up about the same time that those people stopped taking care of my property. They want to let their kids color on the walls, kick in walls, punch holes in doors, and let their animals p!ss everywhere, well fine. But there are some things that deposits just don't cover.
