Problem Postin Avitar on Profile ( New User )

:?: :?: :?: :?: any NEW users having an issue with postin an avitar on ( picture ) on their profile, i cant seem to get one up, its well under the specs, and it keeps gring up 4 warnings on on the top of the forum, and then the image is Xed out when i post........Help Me Kelly.... :?: :?: :?:
