How do u get a small 24 Honker set up to work so the Geese love it?

Spread it out. Put your self in front of the pocket so to speak. You will get shots at alot more birds the wont commit all the way to your spread.

I would do what Adam mentioned or I would set them up in little family groups of 3 or 4, and make sure they are spread out pretty good. Leave a few nice ample landing zones in your lines of fire for easy shooting.
