I've got a duck commander one and a herters one. Neither were more than 100 bucks. Looking for a good quality water proof jacket/coat?

The Drake Equwader 1/4 zip jacket is amazing! I have 2 of them and i love them. I also bought my dad one last year and he loves it. It is waterproof/windproof and has great features. I wore it a few weeks back when we had that big rain storm come through. We got dumped on for hours and i never got wet. I also wore it last week when it froze and i never got cold. Here's a link for the one i am talking about.

Yeah, the hardshell is the way to go. It really is'nt hard at all. But the fleece is too soft and retains a lot of water when it get's wet, which makes it heavy.

cabelas Brush Buster is the best IMO i used to own all drake from 4-1 parkas to LST bibs, bonded fleece pants, 1/4 zip pullover and i have got wet in hunting in rainy condidtions all day until i bought brush buster. im not hear bashing drake i think they make the best layering clothing but when it comes down to outer layers i think brush buster is the way to go
