anyone know when the kansas state open goose calling championship was? i cant find it on my schedule and wanted to see when it was. u know when it will be next year? just any info might help.

The kansas state open goose was at cabelas last august. I believe the dates were the 25th and 26th? For the last 2 years it has been during the Cabelas waterfowl weekend. Before that it was at Galyans.

Typically this contest runs the last weekend in August, but I can't speak for next year.

Field Hudnall won it this year.
Mark Carey in 2005.
I don't remember 2004. I think it was Pat Murillo?
I believe John Vaca in 2003
And Jeff in 2001 and 2002.
