The REAL Public Hunter

I know there's a callmaker that says his calls are for the "Public Hunter", well over the last 4 days we hunted against these guys on everyday public ground and smashed their guts in 21 geese to 3. Once again, this is why you don't settle for anything less then the best!

I can enjoy a day out on public land using a "WalMart" call and cheap assed decoys as much as you can on leased ground with high dollar calls and custom decoys. As a matter of fact, I can probably even kill a few birds while I am at it.

Has nothing to do with anything except it being personal. These guys I know blowin' these calls are **** talkin' hoosiers. I've blown said calls and I can say they don't hold up compared to what i'm blowin'. I was sick of these guys running their mouths about smashin geese while no one else was cause of how good of callers they are and how awesome their calls were. I had a mission to show 'em what was up and by god we did. And yes...now i'm gloating.

Let me stand corrected..... I hunt public land from time to time. Also my family has leased land. I don't use Wal Mart calls but I have used the cheaper decoys and had good luck. I should had put a little more thought in my last post before I posted it. I just hate them Public Hunter Call guys. All they do is talk **** about Jeff Foiles and his calls and how there calls are so much less and sound way better. They also talk **** about how great of goose hunters they are.

I am sorry if I came across like I did but I really hate them guys.

Joe Carey....he makes the "Public Hunter". He's a nice guy when you meet him don't get me wrong but him and his boy and friends just trash talk Jeff Foiles and his calls. They claim there calls are so much better than Jeffs and cost half of what Foiles calls cost. There goose call feel cheaply made in your hand and also sound like crap because of the gut and reed system. Also his duck calls "Ducklanders" are all double reeds and have gut systems like a goose call!!! This guys a wanna be....to bad he runs his mouth cause he seems to be a nice overall guy. Just runs his mouth and puts down other call makers....not a good business approach!!!

I am sorry I had a little misjudgement in my words in my last posts. I do not think just because I hunt leased land and use the better decoys and calls made that I am the best waterfolwer out there. I hunt public land from time to time. I did not been to come across that way. I understand some people have more money than others.....hunting shouldn't be about money and who has the most. I am sorry again and will try to think about my words before I post them again. I just really hate the Joe Carey Call guys. They are losers and act all big and bad and all they are big time jokes!!!!

Ive talked to quite a few of those guys including joe but none of them have ever said anything negative to me so idk. Ive also seen them put the hurtin on the mallards on some slow days though.... alot of those guys know their stuff. I blow all foiles calls but to each their own.

Because 9 out of 10 waterfowlers can't blow calls or read birds, neither duck or goose, worth a damn. And that ratio gets worse once you enter any public hunting area.

I agree with ya!!!!!! "Some" Public hunters can't call, read birds, set decoys, or judge how far a bird is away from them!!!!
