Do any of you boil your lanyards to try and loosen them up. How long do you boil them for if you do?

There is plastic in the line, so if you boil too long you will ruin it for sure.
Check out the site killin crew sends you when you go to order a lanyard, i believe its u-braidit.com however im not certain on that. I think I read on there that water will make the paracord shrink.
Might wanna check that out before you do it.

Sometimes the cord is pre-shrunk before braiding. If you want to loosen it up then you can just put it in hot water, doesn't have to be boiling and let it air dry. It will loosen up quite a bit. I am no expert though, this is what I have found from experimenting with mine.
I'm pretty sure killin crew doesn't preshrink the cord for there lanyards so all boiling it will do is stiffin it more especially if it hasn't ever got wet yet. If you want a looser lanyard your gona have to get a thinner one cause that fat round one you have won't lossen up much even with alot of use. .

Throw it in the cloths dryer on air dry with a tennis ball for about 10 minutes.
