Can someone please post up on how to make some goose jerky. From wat you need to how to prepare it, EVERYTHING. I;ve never made jerky before and I have a ton of goose breats I wanna make into jerky. Help me out, Thanks.

I mareinate mine in bbq or teryaki. I took some wire then run threw a strip so the strip hangs. and turn oven on 175 wait about 7hrs and then you have jerky. and dont forget to put foil down on bottom. I suggest using sweet baby rays bbq sauce
I grind mine up and mix in the self serving packet things you buy at walmart and use a jeryky gun to lay them on the dehydrator rack.. Then i turn the dehydrator on to 160 and let em go for about 4 hours

The brand name of the seasoning I use is "HI MOUNTAIN" "WILD GOOSE JERKY CURE & SEASONING" and it comes with the directions for cooking in the box. I have seen it at Cabelas and Scheels along with a few grocery stores. They also make other jerky seasonings.
