new shotgun HELP!!

Hey just looking for some input; went looking for a new gun today and found a Benelli SBE II with 26" barrel and duck blind camo or a Benelli SBE II with 24" barrel and the APG Realtree camo and the last gun was a Beretta Ultimita2 26" barrel in duck camo, I plan to spring turkey hunt and also duck and goose hunt in the fall can anybody help me out on which gun i should choose here

Just pick em up. Buy whatever one feels best for you. Make sure it fits and shoulders well... They're all good guns.

I may be wrong, as I dont really deer hunt, hoping to get into that next year. But isnt a 24" barrel a slug (rifled) barrel?

I do not think so but it does drive your hunting buddies crazy with the muzzle blast.

The 24" is a bird barrel, but i personally wouldnt go with it because of its shortness. I like the swing of a longer barrel such as 26 or 28. I shoot a 28 and my dad shoots a 26 and i like mine alot better, but there is little difference. Like said earlier it is all personal preference and whatever fits you better

I 2nd the improved swing capabilities of a longer barrel and the muzzle blast of a short barrel gun is horrible. I hunted with a buddy this year that has a 24" barrel and I honestly couldn't hear right for the better part of a week.

Ya better double check on this. Benelli's slug barrel is 24", but they also offer a 24" barrel as an option for their wing guns.

are you sure its duck blind camo? and not max-4. because i bought a new sbe 2 just before the start of duck season and couldn't get duck blind even called benelli and they said they don.t offer it yet.

yea pretty much no duck blind, they only deal realtree. Their newest is apg-hd
