Well as most of you know, here in Pennsylvania we cannot hunt sunday. I am trying to find places to travel to where I can hunt sundays and make a full weekend out of it. Let me know which states permit this, thanks guys.

Thats kind of a goofy law. Is there any reason why you cant hunt sundays?

Well there's a few reasons why. #1 has to do with religion. Alot of land owners here are amish and mennonite and sunday as we all know is a religious day and they are very religious. #2 the game commission believes that a day of rest for the animals is good for them. And it's been that way for as long as I know. I'm sure there are more reasons but it has been a debate for a long time now on hunting sundays. Most working people would like sundays since they don't get chance to get out all week.

It's a goofy law that you guys have, but it makes sence. As far as the religion idea goes anyway.

I think it makes more sense on the day of rest for the birds, only because church and state are supposed to be seperated and those kind of things shouldnt effect game laws. I really dont see how a day of rest would effect the ducks or geese anyways, because if they are getting shot at they arnt going to know what day it is so they will be wary anyways. Just my .02 cents
24/7 brother even thanksgiving and christmas here in michigan :D

Well theres only 1 problem with 6 1/2 cases. I shoot only hevi-shot so thats kinda pricey. But also they must do alot of missing also to go through that many rounds. That or last year in VA i got lucky and only used 2 boxes of hevi-shot (20rds.) and got my limit. Just bustn a$$, nothin wrong with that. It's more fun to shoot that way anyway. Besides that north dakota is like 30 hour ride for me.
