Interesting Birds

I wanted to post up a couple of pics of two geese PAGooser Brad shot .....we hunted the same field for a couple of days with little success...unfortunately after hunting it again yesterday morning I had to go to work :x but he hunted the field in the afternoon and shot these geese ....congrats Brad!

Crossbred with a farm goose. We have one around here that has a white body, orange beak and wings like a Canadian. He hangs out with the local farmers white tame geese. Probably extended family or somethin.

Mmmmm.....I want a neck collar so bad that I can almost taste the plastic!!! :lol: Sweet collar and thats a weird goose on the top there. Typically when you see a head that shot up, it usually means that a PATTERNMASTER WENT TO WORK!!! :lol:

that is definatley a unique bird. i want a neck band sooo bad. my dad got one least year on opening day of early season. good luck to everyone!!

Congrats on the neck collar and the weird goose. I think kelly is right it looks like a farm goose cross.

We actually have alot of cross bred mallards here. They mate with the farm ducks or we call them scobey ducks and usually turn out white with the mallard wing marking and the occasional green head.
