To All 20g Hunters

.....Now im not rich by no means, im a paycheck to paycheck hunter, and im hunting another season with my trusty Mossberg 500 20g, i just want a little advice on shot and choke sizes from so other that hunt with 20gs, i shot Rem Steel 3inch #2s last year with pretty good success, i bought some Kent Fast Steel in the same size for this year, since i dont really have anywhere to pattern my gun, im kinda wingin it, ( haha thats a pun ) but anyways, i wanted to know if anyone has any advice as to good shot sizes for a 20g, all advice is helpfull......thanks

MY little brother shoots a 20 youth model REM 1100. I buy the shells and pattern his gun 3in #2"s KENT pattern master choke ...Hope this helps

Does PM make a choke for Mossberg id love to have one for my gun, ill have to check the site...but if anyone knows then that would be cool....

i have a browning BPS 22" barrel and i shoot Federal #2 high velocity - i use a brownin Mod. choke

mossberg are probly the hardest gun to get tubes for if pattern master does'nt have anything briley shood , i shoot briley's reliously havent tried a pattern master but i hear they put a hurten on them there birds, if ya can afford it step up to benelli nova about the same price as a mossberg but works better pumps really fast seein as ya like to (PUMP IT)!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: just kidding man

yeah i was gonna step up to an 1187 this year just cause its in my price range, i got my mossberg when i was 13 and im 24 now, i have no issues with it sept its a little short and my thumb usually smacks the bridge on my nose, i bought a limbsaver recoil pad it helps a little but i want to step up to a 12, figures PM sent me a reply today, my gun is about the only gun on the market that they DONT make a choke for, looks like imma have to pull my ish together and get me a 12, anyways, i appricate the advice, gonna order me a case of Kent Steel here soon too, ill keep everyone that shoots a 20 on how it werks out

i been looking into gettin a Franchi, cant afford the B SBE, so i unno im gonna go up to Dicks tomorrow and look at them, i need a 12, and if the price is right, im either gonna get that or a Nova pump, and of course they are gonna be in MAX4 lol oh yeah and then i can get me a Pattern Master

Well im Window Shoppin cause i be broke, been buyin calls like crazy and makin sure i have everything i need for next week, but i hope to have one by mid season....just going to look tomorrow...see which one feels better, that is if they have any there, god i hope they do
