Tuning a Meatcutter Flute

Hey Guys-
Bought two meat cutter flutes(1 was a graduation gift for a buddy) but when mine came from kelly rees it was knocked out tune completely, bumpy ride in the mail i guess. Anyway, I was watching callin geese 2.0 but i cant seem to get it tuned right? Anybody advice yall got would be great.

dont worry bout it man it happens, if i cant get it tonight or tommorrow ill hit Easton on my way back from the duck opener and let the boys fix me up, other than that i appreciate it, sweet lookin call, just gotta get her soundin good now
