This is prolly a stupid question but what is the deal with certain calls being numbered. It seems everyone holds them in high regard and they cost more. Are a select few of a color/model numbered? Is is done when a call is discontinued? Just wanted to know what the numbers are about.

Foiles numbered the first 5000 of each call in various colors. So they are rare compared to non numbered calls. Select few were numbered in wood, american swirl, diamond wood, camo swirl, and colors that are no longer available. So finding these calls, with certain colors and numbers, can make you rich or make you poor! For instance a few years from now the new strait timbers that have low numbers will be worth quite a bit. Hope that helps
