Well Made it to Easton yesterday in time to spend a little money ( haha Little ) first stop had to be the FA Trailer to meet the man, check out some of the products, and then we hit the tent to walk around a little bit and take a peek at some of the GHG decoys, couldnt decide if we wanted to buy more calls or more decoys, tough decision i know, so after some carefull thinking, we decided that we had enough decoys for this year, because Avery didnt have any of the Real Feet Resters in Prograde, so we decided to head back over the the FA trailer and look at the calls, after some carefull thinking, i decided that the SMM was gonna be my next purchase, now i had to figure out what Color....after looking at my lanyard for a few mins, and because Foiles didnt have any Max4 SMM i decided to go with the Water Color to match my SMH since they would be hanging right next to each other, so i picked my call, handed it to the MAN and he tuned it to perfection, i couldnt decided whether or not to get another goose call, i didnt have enough cash on me for the Showtime which is next on my list, so after talking with Foiles he gave me a deal on a MAx4 MG because i was gettin the SMM, and when the Man Said i could have it for 60, i had to get it, and again he tuned it to Perfection, and we made our way over to the Anglers booth to purchase my new calls then headed back to the car to figure out where they were gonna fit on my lanyard, well i got that looking alright, and my boy said lets do some more shoppin, so i took off my lanyard, tossed it on the floor of my car and we headed back in to buy some more stuff, after looking around for a few and my buddy pickin up a new Max4 MH we headed back to the car to play with our new toys, Heres the point of the Story to all whos eyes hurt from readin this already, so we were sitting at the car, testin and tunein our new calls, and by the way the MG awesome call, i picked up my SMM and went to blow a few notes and something didnt sound right,, blew it again same thing, so pulled out the insert and the toneboard fell onto the ground, broken, reed and everything layin on the ground, somehow when i tossed the calls into the i literaly snapped the Tone Board right off the insert, it was about 5:25 and i heard Jeff saying they were going to pack up at 5:30 so i ran back over to the FA trailer , luckily we were parked close, everything was put away and i was getting worried, but Jeff and Big Sean were still standing there, so i explained what had happend, and showed him the call, and he told me that he had never heard of that happening before, well lemme tell you, Jeff opened the trailer, and started pulling calls apart, cuttin reeds and doing everything he could to get this call right again, he even went through a couple reeds trying to make it right, Big Sean even offered to give me one of the Reeds out of one if his Duck calls, and after a short scramble, Jeff got me a New insert, fresh cut reed, and tuned it to perfection again, i cant Tell you guys how happy i was, Jeff did everything in his power to make sure that call was right, and thats why the only calls on my neck have his name on them, so if anyone on here was ever wondering how good Foiles Customer Service is, lemme tell you, Its the Best, i Just wanted to say thank you to Jeff and Big Sean for stickin in there with me, and i Appologize for makin you guys reopen the trailer, i cant speak highly enough about this company and i hope to me a bigger part in it some day, so Thank You Jeff, Thanx Big Sean, and Thanx FA for helping out a newcommer, and taking the time to make sure everything was right, it was a pleasure to stand and talk to the man that i watch almost every night, and see how nice of a Guy he really is, i will end this now by sayin, Thanks to Everyone at FMI, and FA for puttin up with me and thanx for makin the best calls on the market, Team Straight Meat For Life....................Justin :D PS the new Calls Are Awesome....

glad to here jeff and big sean took care of ya! thats why foiles is world class #1 PS let me know when ya get yer new pea shooter :D

I screwed up the reed in my SMH trying to tune it. I called the shop and explained to them what I had done and how I wanted it tuned.

Heres the tricky part; I expalined to them that I was deploying to the desert again in a few days and really wanted to take the call with me.

I taked to them on a Friday and had my call back just how I wanted it on Monday night!

I think I payed a grand total of $5.00 for the whole thing!

Foiles customer service definatley did right by me.

Drop Em glad to hear your satisfaction with customer service, Jeff definately stands behind his product, and I have never seen a customer leave his booth unhappy at any of the shows I have been to. This is just one of the many reasons I am proud to be a member of Team Strait Meat.

Glad to hear Jeff and Biggie hooked a brother up!!!! A lot of people bash Foiles and FMI customer service...I never could figure that out. Jeff and the girls at the shop, even before I joined the Team, ALWAYS went out of their to help me out...needed reeds, retunes, etc....couple days...and I was in business again!!!

FMI quality and customer service are top notch in my book!!!! Glad to be a part of such an organization!!!
