who out there uses neo tubs? i was going to buy one but thought i would ask if they are worth the money. thought i might be able to make something that might work just as well. just let me know your opinions
never used one yet, heard they work great ,ya might want to try this have seen some guy's use ice fishing sleds camo painted and set there blinds in them along with corn stubble or the surroundig cover from the fields they hunt, also works good for hauling out your deeks as well

i thought about getting some heavy duty tarp from the army surplus and making it fit my blind and like doubling it up to make it twice as thick and doing that i just cant afford 125 dollars for one right now espically if i can make something that would work. plus most water is deeper than 8 inches around here so... i dont know what to do.
8" might be too deep for a neo tub ,hows about a small canoe or a kayak

i made a wooden platform i could stick in the water that my blind sat on to keep it out of the water. i guess if i wanted to go any deeper i could just use it again. yahh here comes that money part again i am a poor college kid that loves to hunt. redneck people have redneck ways haha
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM a redneck and collage???????

I've got three Finishers with neo tubs and they work great. 8 inches of water is not a problem. Now the finishers don't fold up as well with the tub still on them so that can be a little bit of a hassel. I've heard that the new Ground Force blind transport a lot better with the tub still on.

do you think that it would even be worth trying to make something that might work?? or just save the money and buy one.

i would just buy one, then you dont have the ins and outs of field testing, they already took care of that...
