HPH OR SMH????

Both are great calls! I really like the HPH. Fits me nice! Wide range from high to low! But the SMH is a proven killer! I just got a showtime with broke in guts and OH MY! It is awesome! All great calls!

I have been using both and time and time again I go back to my HPH. I have one in flammed hedge and it is by far the best sounding goose call I have blown. The hedge is a soft wood so it is very mellow and has just a plain goosey sound to it. The call is fast,very responsive,and just flat out puts geese on the ground. If you are having any doubts you should try and get somewhere and try them out,but no matter what you get you won't be sorry.

got to agree with bck. through out the whole season i saw myself going for the hph and the geese responded very well to it. i recently recieved a flame hedge hph and it's my new favorite call. very fast and very goosey. pick a call that is comfortable to you. if it was me i would go HPH. both calls are great tho.

i recomend the hph its better for hunting fields and thats the only place i hunt hph hands down

Any call will work for this! I like too have a wood call and a couple acrylics..
I hunt HPH and SMH can kill geese with both

Both great calls, but, get yourself a SHowtime with some broke in guts and you got the best of both calls.......Quickness and spark of the HPH but the pure goose from the SMH.........Showtime runs as fast and easy as the HPH but can still get down and speak nasty low down goose pretty well.......Check it out.

if you buy a showtime now, you wont have to buy one later after you decide you want a showtime instead of a hph.it will do anything the hph will do and more.just my opion but i would go showtime for sure.
