Shot this little guy while he was making a rub on a tree about 50 yards away....done by 7:00a.m. - GOTTA LOVE IT......BRING ON THE GEESE!!!!!

It's a 7 point with a funky right side....looks like he got wrecked up a little when he was still in velvet.

Pretty good buck there, I still have yet to get my bow out or my rifle. I just am tired of deer hunting here in PA. Not saying theres not any deer. I know there are some decent seer here. You got 1 yourself, it's just getting slim pickings. I went out opening day mon. for ducks instead. Had the whole lake to myself. It was by far one of the best days i have had. Maybe cause i took my dad out for ducks finally and he got his first.

We have a bunch of birds...problem is they are NOT leaving the water unless it rains or snows. This weekend should be good!!!!! Cold front coming through with rain for tonight tomorrow and Friday!!!

Congrats on the deer! Looks like the antler restrictions are working. Let the little ones grow to get big... shoot does for meat; antlers are for stirring gravy. I shot a 16.5 inch wide six point with my boww and this past sat. shot a doe for the freezer with my shotgun. Goose season opens again in 2 weeks. Get on 'Em
